Imperial Pro Series IR-4-G12T-EW-XB is a 36" freestanding electric range with a storage base, built for indoor commercial use on 208V/3-phase and a dedicated circuit. It combines four sealed electric wafer elements with a 12" thermostatic griddle over an open cabinet, so it fits a busy cookline that needs high-heat surface cooking plus griddle space in one 36" footprint; the wafer plates are rated to 650°F and the griddle uses a ½" polished steel plate with infinite heat controls and a thermostatic hold during peak service. Useful comparison points are the 18 kW / 55 amp electrical load, 42" overall height, and 3.25" stainless landing ledge, with optional casters and solid doors if the install needs mobility or a closed base.
