The convection steamer is complete with … one 6-gallon and one 10-gallon kettle … on a modular electric steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. The ECX-2S-6-10 steamer has a capacity of 3 pans per compartment when using 2-1/2-inch-deep pans. The ECX-2S-6-10 steamer holds 6 pans per compartment at 1-inch pan depth. Each compartment of the ECX-2S-6-6 and ECX-2S-6-10 steamers holds 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. fuel type: electric. input kw: 48. voltage: 240. Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports.
