Artisan Stone Four Deck Oven. The Doyon 1T4 Artisan Stone Deck Oven has four decks. The Doyon 1T4 oven holds one 18″ × 26″ full-size sheet pan per deck. The Doyon 1T4 oven is rated at 20 kW in its 480 V, three-phase configuration. The Doyon 1T4 oven draws 24 A in its 480 V, three-phase configuration. The dual-zone independent element control provides temperature calibration above and below the product and dynamically compensates for heat loss during loading and unloading. The digital controls are positioned at eye level for effortless operation; the interface optimizes energy efficiency while allowing precise adjustment of bake parameters. The Doyon 1T4 oven has an independent steam tank for each deck. Fully insulated stainless steel construction.
