The product is presented as a VCS 2000 ventless cooking system with a drawer warmer base and hot plate cook tops. The WV4HFRW cooking system has four hot plate elements. The WV4HFRW cooking system is available at 208/240 V. Hot plates are independently regulated by infinite controls with positive-off positions. The Wells drawer warmer included in each WV4HFRW … model has two drawers. The VCS drawer warmer base has an individual thermostatic temperature control for each drawer. Each drawer of the VCS drawer warmer base includes a pan. VCS models integrate the hood and cooking equipment in one package, ready to use. They do not require venting outside, allowing cooking in non-traditional locations or where traditional Type-1 hoods and ductwork are impractical, restricted, or too expensive. The VCS includes a completely self-contained ANSUL R-102 fire protection system, including an ANSUL tank, nitrogen cartridge, ANSUL sopanifier, piping, fusible links, ANSUL drops, nozzles, and a movable manual pull station. The manual pull can be relocated to the egress position, or an additional station can be added by an authorized ANSUL representative. The fire protection system must be charged and certified by an ANSUL Authorized distributor after installation and before first use; this is the operator’s responsibility. The VCS has stainless steel construction; its drawer warmer base has stainless steel exteriors and durable stainless steel tracks and bearings. The system requires 8 in (203 mm) of clearance above it. The VCS 2000 cooking system requires clearance spacers.
