The Blodgett CTB/CTBR half-size convection oven is available in a double-compartment configuration. The double CTB/CTBR arrangement includes two oven compartments. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase supply. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. The standard-output 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 24/12/15 A on L1-L2-L3. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven is supplied with a 60-minute timer. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. Air in the baking chamber is distributed by a blower wheel powered by a two-speed, 1/4-horsepower motor with thermal-overload protection; the electrically heated unit uses two or three tubular heaters depending on wattage selection.
