The DMT-10S-6 requires direct steam at a minimum of 5 psi (34 kPa) and a maximum of 45 psi (310 kPa). The DMT-10S-6 kettle assembly is mounted on a cabinet base. The DMT-10S-6 kettle liner is Type 316 stainless steel. Each kettle shall be ASME code stamped and National Board registered.
