The ECOF-[AP1/S1]M single convection oven is full-size. The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven accommodates 10 12-inch by 20-inch pans simultaneously. The single ECOF-[AP1/S1]M oven accommodates 5 18-inch by 26-inch pans simultaneously. The ECOF model has a total electrical input of 11.7 kW. The ECOF model draws 28.8 A at 240 V AC, 3-phase. The powerful rear-mounted blower has a two-speed motor and pulse capability for preparing delicate foods. The Accu-Plus control package includes a HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. Each oven unit has a temperature range of 150°F to 450°F. Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No. 4 finish. Porcelainized steel oven interiors. The ECOF and ECOF-2 models require installation under an approved vent hood.
