The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has its two oven cavities arranged vertically, one above the other. Each oven in the Platinum PRO Series convection oven has 11 rack positions. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 50,000 BTU gas input. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range beginning at 140°F. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range ending at 500°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top. The oven interior is coved, fastener-free, and porcelain.
