Imperial® IR-12-EW-CC is a 72" freestanding electric range with a wafer-plate top and two convection ovens, aimed at busy commercial kitchens that need a high-output cooking line. The cooktop has six 12" x 12" front wafer plates and six 13" rear plates with sealed 3.75 kW elements and 650°F max temperature, while each oven uses a 5.3 kW convection system with a 1/4 hp blower, porcelainized interior, and three chrome racks for fast, even baking. It runs on 208V, 3-phase, 57.5 kW total, and needs a dedicated circuit and professional installation; options include 480V, heavy-duty casters, bottom shelf/rack supports, extra racks, and solid doors.
