The Southbend Ultimate Range 4601AA-4TR is a 60-inch freestanding commercial gas range with a 48-inch thermostatic griddle on the right, two non-clog open burners, and a two-convection-oven base, all on propane for a total of 210,000 BTU. It’s a full floor-standing heavy-duty unit with stainless front and sides, standing pilots for the open tops, battery spark ignition for the ovens, 115V single-phase power at 5.9 amps, and large 60-inch-class dimensions, so it fits high-volume line and production cooking rather than compact service. The oven section has two 32,000 BTU convection ovens with 175°F–550°F thermostats, porcelain interiors, and three racks each, making it suited to busy restaurant kitchens needing range, griddle, and oven capacity in one bank.
