Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas range in propane, a freestanding floor model with a standard oven base: 6 x 33,000 BTU star burners plus a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, for 336,000 total BTU. It has two standard ovens, each 45,000 BTU with standing pilot and battery spark ignition, a 175°F–550°F thermostat range, porcelain interiors sized for full-size pans, and one rack per oven. Built with stainless front and sides, cast iron grate tops, and a manual gas shut-off/factory regulator, this is a heavy-duty, high-volume kitchen range for full-service line cooking, sauté, griddle work, and oven production.
