The Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE is a single-oven configuration. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE uses electric heating elements. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 7.5 kW. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. three-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven controls are single phase. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option.
