The Sirius II is a Southbend steam convection/circulating boilerless steam oven. The Sirius II-4-SB accommodates four 12 in × 20 in × 2.5 in pans. The Sirius II-4-SB accommodates two 12 in × 20 in × 4 in pans. The Sirius II-4-SB accommodates one 12 in × 20 in × 6 in pan. The Sirius II-4-SB requires propane at 9 in WC and not exceeding 13.5 in WC. The Sirius II steamer uses 27,000 BTU per compartment. The Sirius II-4-SB has a 1/2 in Gas NPT connection.
