Electric Convection Oven. The double ZEPHAIRE-200-E arrangement includes two oven compartments, one above the other. Each ZEPHAIRE-200-E compartment accepts five 18 x 26 in standard full-size bake pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven section has a thermostat temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). At 208 V, 60 Hz, three phase, the ZEPHAIRE-200-E draws 31/29/29 A on L1-L2-L3. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E control panel has a solid-state infinite control. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E control panel has separate dials for the thermostat and timer. Stainless steel front, top, and sides. Each compartment has a porcelainized steel liner. The ZEPHAIRE-200-E oven section has a two-speed fan motor.
