Imperial’s ITG-48-E-VENTLESS is a 48-inch electric thermostatic countertop griddle, not a fryer or oven, with a full 24-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick steel cooking plate for broad flat-top production. It runs on 240V, 3-phase power, draws 16 kW/50 amps, is field-wired, and needs a dedicated circuit, so it fits fixed commercial installs rather than portable use; the ventless design is compatible with Wells ventless hoods. The 4 kW serpentine elements, thermostat control, stainless steel construction, 1-gallon grease can, and adjustable legs make it a high-volume griddle for burgers, steaks, and vegetables where even heat and easy cleanup matter.
