The CTBHA/CTBRHA half-size convection oven uses electric heat. The Blodgett CTBHA oven is specified in a double-compartment configuration. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment accepts standard half-size bake pans measuring 13 in. × 18 in. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment has an interior width of 15-1/4 in. (387 mm). Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment has an interior depth of 21 in. (533 mm). Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment has an interior height of 20 in. (508 mm). The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven is available with a 208 V supply. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. The oven offers Manual Mode, Recipe Cooking, and Rack Timing; convection-only mode for baking and pastries; and HydroAssist Mode, which provides humidity. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a maximum temperature of 500°F. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a minimum temperature of 200°F. The oven has a full angle-iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides, and vent, and solid mineral fiber insulation around the cooking chamber.
