The Southbend HDG-36-30 has a gas input of 90,000 BTU/hr for natural gas. Each foot of the griddle is heated by a “U” shaped burner; each burner is controlled by a thermostatic control. For safety, each pilot has a flame failure device. The griddle plate is fully welded and has a protected exhaust vent. Stainless steel front, vent and sides are standard, rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. 5” high rear and 4” side splash guards. Each Southbend HDG-30 unit must be installed under a vented hood. The griddle includes a pressure regulator with the 3/4” rear gas connection.
