The Southbend electric steam compartment cooker with electric boiler base is model ECX-2S-6-6. The convection steamer is complete with … two 6-gallon kettles … on a modular electric steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has two 6-gallon kettles. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has a capacity of 3 pans per compartment when using 2-1/2-inch-deep pans. Each compartment of the ECX-2S-6-6 … holds 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. At 42 kW and 3 phase, the equipment draws 101.0 amps per line at 240 V. The controls are configured for 115 VAC. Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Each cooking compartment includes a timer with a 60-minute duration. An audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking cycle.
