The Sirius II is a Southbend steam convection/circulating boilerless steam oven with automatic water-fill, internally preheated water for fast recovery, a clean water reservoir system, and a rear drain. The Sirius II-10-SB configuration contains one Sirius II-4 steamer. The Sirius II-10-SB configuration contains one Sirius II-6 steamer. The Sirius II-4 steamer in the Sirius II-10-SB configuration has a four-pan capacity.
