The CookTek 11 QT Drop-In SinAqua™ Souper is designed for exclusive use with CookTek-specific tureens. The CookTek 11 QT Drop-In SinAqua™ Souper has an induction heating rating of 800 watts. User-selectable precision hold and rethermalization functions. The CookTek 11 QT Drop-In SinAqua™ Souper holds food at selectable temperatures from 140–200 °F (60–95 °C). The CookTek 11 QT Drop-In SinAqua™ Souper rethermalizes at temperatures from 170–200 °F (75–95 °C). The product has a highly visible and durable capacitive touch user interface, with audible and visual cues. The exterior is spun aluminum, with a high-gloss polycarbonate adapter ring.
