Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4601CC-7R_LP is a 60-3/4" freestanding commercial gas range with a storage cabinet base, built for indoor high-volume line cooking. It combines four 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron burners with four high-output Pyromax burners for a 292,000 BTU total, propane-fired footprint, plus standing pilot open-top burners, factory regulator, front gas shutoff, removable cast-iron grates, and stainless steel front/sides; the two cabinet bases add understorage, with optional center-opening doors. At 60.75" wide and 59.5" high, it’s a large floor model suited to busy kitchens that need strong boil, sauté, and stock-pot capacity rather than a compact or light-duty range.
