Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas freestanding range is a commercial floor model with a 60-3/4" wide cooking surface, two patented clog-free cast iron open burners at 33,000 BTU each, and a 48" manual griddle on the right, for a total of 146,000 BTU. It runs on natural gas and includes stainless steel front and sides, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilot open burners, factory regulator, front manual gas shut-off, and two stainless cabinet bases for storage, so it fits high-volume line cooking where a full-size range and griddle combination is needed.
