The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option C is Cabinet. Each burner in the Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has a 35,000 BTU LP input rating. Each burner on the Southbend 12-inch griddle has a propane input rating of 14,000 BTU. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom.
