hotLOGIX HL4 Series Heated Humidified Food Holding Cabinets are designed to hold cooked food warm and ready for serving. They can also be used for proofing. HL4-14. The HL4-14 heated holding cabinet holds 14 pans of 18 in × 26 in format. The HL4-14 heated holding cabinet holds 28 pans of 12 in × 20 in format. 120V, 1PH. The hotLOGIX HL4 Series holding cabinet draws 17.5 amps at 120 volts. The cabinets feature a removable bottom-mounted heating module with recessed dial controls for heat and humidity. The cabinet has aluminum interior and exterior, double-wall, insulated construction with a removable blower heat and humidity module. In proofing mode, the hotLOGIX HL4 Series holding cabinet provides approximately 90–95% humidity.
