The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The convection fan has two selectable speeds. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
