The step up hot plates have cast iron open burners. The Jade Supreme step up hot plates use gas as their heating energy source. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. Heavy steel top plate with easy lift-off top plates. The Jade step-up hot plate assembly has its rear burner section raised relative to its front burner section. The JHPE-1-112 hot plate is 12 inches wide. The Jade JHPE-1-112 hot plate has a depth of 29-3/4 inches. The Jade step-up hot plate has a 3/4-inch FPT gas manifold inlet. 3/4" gas regulator, included. Natural-gas step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. This unit must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
