The Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range 36-inch series is 36 inches wide. The Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range standard flue riser has a heavy-duty shelf. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. A factory-installed regulator and front-located manual gas shut-off are standard features. The range is supplied with 6-inch adjustable stainless-steel legs; casters are optional.
