The Pitco Model E35 electric fryer is cULus Listed. Immersion type; sealed construction heating elements with high temperature alloy stainless steel sheath. The Model E35 Electric Fryer has an oil capacity of 35 lb [15.9 kg] for the individual fryer. The Model E35 Electric Fryer has a specified voltage of 208 V for the 3-phase, 3-wire-plus-ground configuration. At 208 V, the Model E35 Electric Fryer draws 41.6 A nominal amps per line. At 208 V, the Model E35 Electric Fryer has an electrical input of 15 kW. The Pitco Model E35 electric fryer uses an electric thermostat control. The electric thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 200°F (93°C) and 375°F (191°C). The temperature limit switch safely shuts off all heaters if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit. The fryer has a stainless steel tank with smooth peened finish and 1-1/4 in full port valve.
