Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4604CC-2TR_NG is a 60-inch freestanding gas range with storage cabinet bases, built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need both open-burner output and a griddle. It combines three star/sauté burners in front, three 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, and a 24-inch thermostatic griddle on the right, for a total of 246,000 BTU on natural gas; the stainless front and sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, front manual gas shut-off, and factory regulator make it a heavy-duty line piece.
