The steamer shall be constructed of #4 finish stainless steel type 304, with a cooking chamber of one-piece, all welded, 316 stainless steel. Each steamer compartment's timer has a 60-minute duration. Each steamer compartment's timer is mechanical. Standard features include a water treatment system, split water line, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic blowdown and a drain tempering system for the 140 degree temperature requirement (requires 1/2” cold water connection). The steamer's boiler feed water connection operates at 25–50 PSI (170–345 kPa).
