Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range 60" freestanding gas range with a 36" left-side charbroiler, 4 non-clog open burners, and two standard ovens, so it fits the high-volume full-line range class rather than a compact line unit. It runs on propane at 294,000 total BTU, measures 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, and is a floor model with stainless front and sides, cast-iron grates, standing pilot burners, battery spark oven ignition, and a front manual gas shut-off. The oven bases are 45,000 BTU each with a 175°F–550°F thermostat range and full-size pan capacity, making it suited to busy restaurant, banquet, or cafeteria cooking where range-top output, grilling, and double-oven throughput all matter.
