Southbend’s Ultimate Range 4601AC-6R is a 60-inch freestanding gas range with storage/cabinet base and a convection oven base, aimed at high-volume line cooking and baking. The top is a 5-burner gas configuration with 2 Pyromax burners in the rear and 3 star 33,000 BTU burners in front, or 4 patented clog-free cast iron burners depending on the option set, for a total of 343,000 BTUs; the convection oven base adds 32,000 BTU per oven, 3 racks, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat. It runs on natural gas with 115V, 3-phase electrical for the oven base, measures 60.75" W x 42.13" D x 59.5" H, and includes stainless front/sides, a front gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition.
