Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection. Each HDC and HDCL unit using propane requires a minimum supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. The charbroiler's cooking grates are removable and two-sided. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control.
