KEPS-30F. pedestal kettle. The KEPS-30F kettle has a capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The Southbend KEPS-F kettle operates at a maximum pressure of 50 psi (345 kPa). 240 VAC, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz operation. The controls include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low-water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shutoff. Construction is all-welded #4-finish type 304 stainless steel. The interior liner is standard with 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking.
