This Southbend Ultimate Series unit is a 60" freestanding gas range with a standard oven base, built for commercial indoor kitchens that need heavy production at the line. It combines a 24" left-side charbroiler with an open-burner top using 2 Pyromax burners in back and 3 standard 33K burners in front, plus 2 standard ovens, for a total of 333,000 BTU in propane. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, with stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots on the top burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens, it fits high-volume grill-and-range service where durability and multi-task cooking matter.
