The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. The two oven decks of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly are arranged one above the other. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has 11 different rack positions. Each PCE15S/S-PRO and PCE15S/T-PRO oven deck has 7.5 kW of heating elements. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven. available for single-phase or three-phase operation, specified upon ordering. are listed for a 208 VAC, 60 Hz supply. Each PCE15S/S-PRO and PCE15S/T-PRO oven draws 20.9 amps on each X, Y, and Z line in three-phase operation at 208 VAC, 60 Hz. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The PCE-S-PRO oven requires 2 inches of clearance at the back from combustibles.
