The P48-PPPP sectional range is 48 inches wide. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle plate is 1/2 inch thick. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle plate is made of steel. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle sectional range burners are made of cast iron. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle sectional range has four burners. Propane. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle range uses battery spark ignition. The 48-inch sectional range with plancha griddle has manual control knobs for its cast iron burners. The plancha griddle's reinforced steel plate is powered by cast iron burners and provides fast preheat and recovery time. Its high-heat zone, with maximum temperatures of 800°F, is located on the front two-thirds of the plate for quick searing; temperatures decrease on the rear one-third for product finishing. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, with a fully insulated lining and burner box. The range has a removable stainless steel grease drawer with increased capacity.
