SGM24 … tube-fired gas fryers. The SGM24 fryer oil capacity is 140-150 lb (64-68 kg). gas input btu: 660000. gas type: propane. The fryers have a 304 SS tank and a blower-free Solstice atmospheric burner system with 62% thermal efficiency. The tank is constructed of durable stainless steel with an extra smooth peened finish for easy cleaning. The matchless ignition on the Pitco SGM34, SGM24, and SGM1824 MEGAFRY fryers automatically lights the pilot when power is turned on. A temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit. The DVI drain valve interlock safety system turns the heat off, preventing the oil from scorching and overheating. For the Solid State, Digital Controller, and Computer options, the MEGAFRY gas fryers have a 115 V electrical rating in the 115 / 1 / 60 table row.
