Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4604DC-5R_LP, is a freestanding floor range with a standard oven base and cabinet base, set up for propane. It’s a high-output 60-3/4" unit at 356,000 total BTU with a 45,000 BTU standard oven, so it fits high-volume line cooking and oven work rather than compact kitchen use. The cooking top uses a mixed burner layout with non-clog, Pyromax, and star/sauté burners, plus cast iron grates, standing pilots for the open tops, battery spark ignition for the oven, stainless front and sides, and a front manual gas shut-off; it needs professional installation and 10" clearances on the sides and back.
