The Southbend P36-BCC configuration with a 24-inch charbroiler has 2 open-top burners. The Southbend P36-BCC configuration with 2 open-top burners has a charbroiler width of 24 inches. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The lining and burner box are fully insulated. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. gas type: propane. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. The Southbend sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection.
