The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. The Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE is a single-oven configuration. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE uses electric heating elements. input kw: 7.5. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE electric units are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The SC standard controls use a solid-state thermostat. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
