Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range on propane, built as a heavy-duty commercial line piece with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and 59.5" height. It combines (6) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy grates, a 24" manual griddle on the right, and two standard oven bases rated at 45,000 BTU each with 175°F–550°F thermostat range, so it fits higher-volume cooklines that need burners, griddle, and bake/roast capacity in one chassis. Stainless front and sides, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot on the tops, and battery spark ignition for the ovens are the key service and operation points.
