The Southbend KELS-20, KELS-25, KELS-30, KELS-40, KELS-60, KELS-80, and KELS-100 tri-leg kettle is mounted on legs. Construction is all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304. The Southbend KELS steam kettle includes the draw-off valve as a standard feature. The Southbend KELS steam kettle's draw-off valve has a 2-inch (50 mm) size. uses a self-generating closed steam system.
