Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603AD-3CR_NG, is a freestanding commercial range with a standard oven base and convection oven base, plus a 36" charbroiler on the right. It runs on natural gas at 305,000 BTU total and has a 60.75" W x 44.5" D footprint, so it fits the large/heavy-duty floor-range class for high-volume cooking. The top includes four 33,000 BTU cast iron star burners with removable cast iron grates, stainless front and sides, standing pilots for the open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a manual gas shutoff with factory-installed regulator; the convection oven has 3 racks and the standard oven takes full-size pans both ways. Use it for a busy line that needs sauté/boil, grilling, and baking in one station; it also needs 120V, 3-phase power for the oven components and professional installation.
