The Southbend 36-inch sectional range includes a charbroiler section. The P36N-CCC model has a natural-gas input of 96,000 BTU/hour. The range's full-width charbroiler has an operating surface temperature of up to 600°F (315°C). Removable cast iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range's front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The range has a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail and a removable drippings tray. The Southbend 36-inch sectional range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately.
