The cooker’s panel board includes an ON/OFF switch, keys for moving the basket, selection of two cooking modes with working-temperature setting or minimum/maximum heating, cooking-type and time settings, and delayed cooking with date, time, and programming cycle. It also supports cooking-parameter settings and insertion of text messages. The automatic cooker has a stainless-steel AISI 316 cooking vessel and perforated basket, a stainless-steel AISI 304 balanced lid and supporting structure, thick-glass-fibre panel heat insulation, a fine-satin-finish AISI 304 outer cover, adjustable AISI 304 feet for levelling, and IPX5 protection level. The cooker heats through cast aluminum elements directly contacting the vessel bottom; an electronic board activates heating at least 2 °C before the setpoint and interrupts heating if the minimum water level is reached. Baskets lift and tilt automatically, including with the lid closed, stop in a dripping position, and are removable for cleaning. The cooker has automatic water filling and refilling, an overflow device and starch-skimming system, and a front 2-inch stainless-steel discharge valve with an insulating handle.
