Southbend Ultimate Series model 4603DD-6L_NG is a 60-3/4" freestanding gas range with standard oven base, set up for natural gas and built for indoor commercial use. It has a high-output top with (3) 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners in front and (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear, plus two standard ovens rated at 45,000 BTU each with a 175°F–550°F thermostat range, full-size pan capacity, and one rack per oven. At 401,000 total BTU and 60.75"W x 34"D x 59.5"H, it fits high-volume line work and baking/roasting in a full-size floor range, with stainless front/sides, cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front manual gas shut-off.
