ECX-2S-36 … models are convection steamers. ECX-2S-36. The ECX-2S-[36] model has a capacity of 3 pans at 2-1/2-in pan depth. 48KW, 240V, 3PH. The electric steam boiler operates at 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa). Standard features include a water treatment system, split water line, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic blowdown and a drain tempering system for the 140 degree temperature requirement (requires 1/2” cold water connection). Each steamer compartment's timer has a 60-minute duration. Each steamer compartment's timer is mechanical. The steamer shall be constructed of #4 finish stainless steel type 304, with a cooking chamber of one-piece, all welded, 316 stainless steel.
