The construction specifications describe a 48-inch-wide front-manifold sectional range with a full-width charbroiler and removable cast-iron grates. The Southbend P48C-CCCC configuration has a cabinet base. The Southbend P48-CCCC 48-inch sectional range has eight burners. Each LP burner on the Southbend P48-CCCC 48-inch sectional range is rated at 14,000 BTU. Propane. The Southbend P48-CCCC sectional range's top-burner control knobs are high/low knobs. The front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are stainless steel; the lining and burner box are fully insulated. The Southbend P48-CCCC range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. Each P48-CCCC unit requires a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. for propane.
