The P48-PPPP sectional range is 48 inches wide. The cabinet base in the P48C-PPPP configuration is beneath the plancha griddle. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle sectional range has four burners. The 48-inch sectional range with plancha griddle has manual control knobs for its cast iron burners. The plancha griddle's reinforced steel plate is powered by cast iron burners and provides fast preheat and recovery time. Its high-heat zone, with maximum temperatures of 800°F, is located on the front two-thirds of the plate for quick searing; temperatures decrease on the rear one-third for product finishing. The exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The P48C-PPPP model has a natural-gas input of 64,000 BTU/hour. P48-PPPP ranges require 10 in clearance at the sides from combustible construction. P48-PPPP ranges require 12 in clearance at the rear from combustible construction.
